Nicholas has been immersed in the acquisition, sale, redevelopment, and management of both commercial and residential real estate. He accumulated a wealth of experience in Chicago, managing investor and bank owned portfolios.

Since relocating to Tampa Bay in 2012, he has developed a niche, sourcing off-market property acquisitions and sale-leasebacks for local investment funds. He represents and manages properties for two of the area's most aggressive private equity firms.
